Depakan – Distinct Filipino Kickboxing
Filipino Kickboxing using International Tournament Rules with inclusion of throwing techniques. No knees or elbows techniques. With this art the practitioner can enter various competitions such as Chinese San Shou and Western Kickboxing.

Balsakan – Filipino San shou
Depakan rules with the inclusion of throwing techniques. No grappling techniques.
